Patch 10.2 introduces the ability for players to trade-up lower tier crests for higher tier crests once they are no longer needed. This allows players to optimize their gear by exchanging crests they don't need for crests they can use, based on item level requirements. Although the exact costs for trading are not confirmed, it is speculated that the conversion will follow a similar pattern.
